The Spot

In Austria, the Lech runs over the Flexenpass, making it part of the main European watershed that connects the Black Sea and the North Sea. Here the Lech is even more of a wild river; but to really feel its magic, it’s best to find a quieter spot and watch the fish make their way over the rapids. Here you can let your thoughts wander and see the water move on to the horizon.

The Surroundings

As already mentioned, this river is long! So it’s best to just get lost in the great outdoors surrounding it. Another tip for everyone who loves water is the Lechfall.
